Clarion Claims Group uses automated and artificial-intelligence tools in parts of our work. We believe in being upfront about it. Here is what that means.

What we use AI for

  • Damage analysis: tools that help our adjusters review photos and documents of property damage.
  • Drafting assistance: tools that help draft claim correspondence and summaries.
  • Internal analysis: tools that help organize and analyze claim information.

What AI does not do here

  • AI does not make final decisions about your claim.
  • AI does not replace our licensed public adjusters.
  • AI output is reviewed by a person before it is sent or acted on.

Your data and AI

When we use third-party AI providers to process information, we do so under agreements intended to protect confidentiality. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled and your rights.
