If we take your claim, we send you our Public Adjuster Agreement to sign. If you want to speak with us before signing, now is the time. Once signed, we officially represent you, and you get CC'd on all claim communication going forward.

We request your full policy directly from the insurance company. We use specialized review software and expert eyes to understand your coverage, exclusions, endorsements, and depreciation method. This takes about two weeks, and you don't have to do a thing.

We gather all the evidence: photos, measurements, inspection reports, and damage documentation. On new claims, we inspect the property and write our own estimate before your claim is even filed, so we control the narrative from day one.

We submit our initial stance to the insurance company with full supporting documentation. Our estimates are written at fair market value, not low-ball numbers that undercut your recovery. You'll receive a notification when it's sent.

Insurance companies say no, sometimes many times. We respond to every pushback with documented evidence and don't back down. If we hit a wall, we escalate: appraisal, Department of Insurance complaint, supervisor escalation, routes most homeowners don't even know exist. You'll receive weekly updates every Friday throughout this phase.

The insurance company approves. You'll hear from us first, with the full approved estimate. The check comes to our office and we coordinate everything from there so you don't have to chase anyone.

Work is completed. We submit the final documentation to the insurance company to release any held-back depreciation funds. We don't stop until every dollar owed to you has been recovered. Claim closed.
